Per direction received through my reporting manager, the NHVR Chat service has been permanently shut down and will not be restored.

- The December 2025 cyber incident did not involve the NHVR Chat service. (As advised through internal direction.)

What this means
Thank you for your support and participation in NHVR Chat.
- As advised by my reporting manager, a project to move NHVR Chat to production is currently pending budget funding.
- The indicative delivery timeframe is up to 18 months, targeting the end of FY27.
- Note: Timing remains subject to budget approval.
